How do ranches change families?

Anyone who wants to get out of the city, enjoy nature, and create a lasting legacy for their family.
Most ranchers are new to ranch living and want a different experience for their family, free from devices and traffic. Ranch living is the perfect escape to a slower pace and the chance to make lasting memories for generations to come.
Ranchers are either purchasing property for a weekend getaway, planning to phase out to their ranch full time in the future, or making it their primary residence now.

Ranches range in size from 7-200 acres, but most of our ranches average around 10 acres.

Most of our ranchers are families who want to spend more time outside, kayaking, hiking, and making memories together.
Ranch living creates memories you just can’t replicate in the city. Families find their kids learning new things, like how to skip rocks, kayaking on the lake, or finding a new trail, instead of being glued to their devices.

Included with the purchase of each ranch is gated, keypad entry to the property, white rock roads throughout the property, utilities laid to the property line, and community amenities such as a pickleball court, schoolhouse for virtual learning, and a fishing lake.
Satellite internet may be set up through multiple services in the area: ViaSat, Hughesnet, Suddenlink, and Starlink
Water may be set up through a variety of means depending on your ranch needs and the topography of the property. This could include a well water, rain catching, storage tanks, or pulling from a pond.

We will work with any bank, but suggest financing through out trusted lender, Walker Daily with Lone Star Ag.
Most ranchers finance a 20 year note with 20% down payment

We offer turn-key packages to help you prepare your ranch and walk through each step to bring your ranch to life. For example, this could include rolling things into your financing, like creating roads throughout your property or building a septic system.
